Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Every piece here is made to order, by hand, in small batches — so please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be cut, sewn, and finished before it ships. During busier seasons (holidays, restocks) this may run a little longer, and I’ll always note any delays at the top of the shop.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the U.S.
• Orders ship via USPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Processing time and shipping time are different — processing happens first, then your package travels. Total time from order to delivery is usually 7–14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store:

• Ready-to-ship items (if noted as in-stock) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a refund or exchange.
• Made-to-order and custom items are final sale, since they’re cut and sewn specifically for your order. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll always try to make it right.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email dragoninkandthread@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
