Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026

Welcome! These terms are the agreement between you and Dragon Ink and Thread (“we,” “us,” “our”) for using dragoninkandthread.com and buying our handmade goods. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our Handmade Goods

Everything we make is handmade in small batches from fabrics that come and go. Because each piece is sewn by hand, slight variations in pattern placement, color, and size are normal — they’re part of the charm, not defects. We photograph our work as accurately as we can, but colors may look a little different from one screen to another. When a fabric sells out, that print may be retired for good.

Ordering & Availability

The ready-made shop is open for orders; custom (personalized, made-to-order) pieces open August 15, 2026. Most items are made to order, so please allow the production time noted on each piece. We may limit quantities, and we can’t promise every fabric will be available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Prices & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. When checkout is live, payments will be processed securely by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery timeframes and our return and exchange policy are on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Dragon Ink and Thread name, logo, artwork, product photos, and site content are ours (or used with permission) and may not be copied, resold, or used elsewhere without our written permission. The printed fabrics we use feature designs owned by their respective creators.

Acceptable Use

Please use the site lawfully and kindly. Don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse the site or our forms, and don’t resell our products as your own.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dragon Ink and Thread is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; if we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
